It’s been a busy start to 2022 for the Quantum Solutions team, as our partnership with Glenrowan Homes continues with a brand new project in Leadenham.
Following the ongoing progress of the Vista Residential Project in Largs, we’re commencing our second project with Glenrowan in the shape of St Swithun’s Court – one of two upcoming sites in Leadenham.
Our first site visit was last week, giving us a chance to review the progress of the groundworks, foundations and drainage before the project progresses to its next stage.
Leadenham’s St Swithun’s Court will consist of seven luxury stone-clad homes in the stunning Lincolnshire Cliff, offering an influx of investment to the area.
A second site will be following this area in April-May of this year, consisting of 25 homes in the upcoming Kings Meadow development.
Further updates on both developments will follow as these projects progress – we’re excited to be continuing our partnership with Glenrowan Homes in 2022 and offering our extensive range of quantity surveying and cost management services to support these projects.
