Quantum Solutions has built many strong relationships with a variety of key suppliers and contractors who have experience with delivering successful residential projects. Prior to our Director Richard Neilson setting up Quantum Solutions in 2009, he held senior commercial positions with Dandara and Imagine projects who were National Residential Developers and constructed their projects directly in-house.
Our experience
Working in this environment for several years, Richard was able to learn the fundamentals of how residential development projects were planned and managed to ensure that the projects were completed on time and within budget, mitigating risks when required.
When working at Dandara, they were highly active in developing major apartment block development in Glasgow and Manchester. Richard also assisted and coordinated with the Manchester office with certain key procurement processes and value engineering exercises.
