Quantum Solutions has considerable experience managing residential projects. Our experience ranges in scale and complexity, from single luxury homes to large social and private housing developments.

In recent years Quantum Solutions has been involved with a variety of Commercial, Industrial and Historic Building Regeneration projects which has allowed us to greatly expand our experience and management process within this sector.
Distillery
Managing a distillery project is an exciting, challenging experience which very often spans both industrial and hospitality commercial uses. We’ve been involved in a number of distillery projects with various degrees of input – from assisting with the feasibility process to managing full turnkey design and development.
Hotel & Leisure
Quantum Solutions has considerable experience working within this sector, gaining particular insight and knowledge during our recent extensive works with both the Auchrannie Resort and The Douglas Hotel on the Isle of Arran.
