Glasgow Harbour, Dandara Living
With our experience in the field and extensive knowledge of the industry, Quantum Solutions has been selected to provide Quantity Surveying and Procurement Support Services for Dandara Living’s Granary Quay – Glasgow Harbour project.
Dandara Living develops and builds apartments for the rental market across the UK. With almost 8,000 homes across multiple developments, their next project brings them to Glasgow Harbour and the north bank of the River Clyde.
Granary Quay is an exciting space coming to Glasgow, housing 350 apartments across 16 storeys in a modern L-shaped development.
By utilising a pre-cast concrete system, the construction frame offers a cost-effective solution to create this development – one of many intuitive attributes featured throughout the build.
Situated on Glasgow Harbour in the West End, Granary Quay will offer not only luxurious living spaces for residents but communal areas for use, such as a lounge and kitchen.

The tendering process in the construction industry requires dedication and attention to detail to ensure that all documentation is submitted correctly and concisely. Our team has extensive knowledge of tender analysis, meaning we always ensure that tender prices submitted are fully assessed, checked, questioned and compared on a like for like basis ahead of completing the final tender analysis report.
