We enjoyed a great day on Friday at The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) Scotland Awards lunch in Glasgow.
Hosted at Glasgow’s Hilton Hotel, we were treated to an exciting day of news from the industry, as well as a delicious meal will colleagues and friends.
The CIOB is a professional body for construction management and leadership in the UK and worldwide. The CIOB Scotland Awards are a prestigious recognition of excellence in the construction industry, aimed at acknowledging exceptional individuals and projects that demonstrate outstanding performance and impact.
A day of inspiring talent, we were treated to a selection of stories from key and rising members of the industry and a range of exciting projects.
The awards are open to all professionals, organizations, and projects involved in the construction industry in Scotland, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients. They provide a platform for showcasing innovation, sustainability, quality, and professionalism, as well as encouraging collaboration and sharing of best practices.
It was inspiring to see the talent across the industry, and a brilliant chance to catch up with colleagues and clients – networking’s a hard task, but someone has to do it!
