• St Swithun’s Court, Glenrowan Homes

    Continuing our extended partnership with Glenrowan Homes, Quantum was thrilled to be selected to provide quantity surveying services for their latest development, St Swithun’s Court in Leadenham.

    Consisting of seven dwellings, all built in stone, St Swithun’s Court offers an influx of investment to the Lincolnshire Cliff area.

With aims to bring a stunning new development to this picturesque area, St Swithun’s Court will add to the value of the village already well-known as an award winner – indeed, having won a Rural Oscar in 2017!

This presents phase one of this development, with a second site following in the area soon, consisting of 25 stunning new homes in the Kings Meadow development.
